This seminar explores ways to train your CSR's to proactively inquire about customer needs, goals and objectives.  Nothing is more frustrating for a customer to be transfered from one person to the next when they want to and are ready to do business. In many cases, the customer service representative has already built up rapport with the customer and has solved problems for them. 

This can present an excellent opportunity to build a deeper relationship by suggesting other products to customers and taking the order right on the spot.  You may want them to make an appointment for a salesperson to call or follow up.
