The SKAE Sales Presentation Builder (SPB) is a sales process, sales intelligence and information gathering tool.  SPB was initially designed to be used in conjunction with our sales courses to simplify and automate the sales process because we don't believe that our job ends when training has been delivered. We believe that the concepts and the process must be reinforced as per the SKAE cycle of development model. 

After much thought and careful planning, SKAE Sales Presentation Builder has evolved into a multi-faceted tool used for generating and practicing sales presentations, training, simulations, role play and both pre-employment and annual evaluations.  After beta testing, it was introduced with additional capabilities in order to fully support the needs and objectives of our clients.

SKAE Sales Presentation Builder is an easy to use, interview-based sales intelligence and information gathering tool. It ensures that salespeople have gathered all of the necessary information, have asked all of the relevant questions and guides them through the sales process in a logical sequence.

The resulting presentation and be emailed and printed for review and study.  

Features and benefits:

Interview-based which means the salesperson is guided throughout the sales process.  By clicking through the interview in advance, the salesperson can easily see what information has been gathered and needs to be accomplished.

Flexible design means that although the SKAE PRISM CE sales process has been pre-loaded, users can choose which portions of the model apply to their current sales opportunity right down to the number and type of questions asked.

Ease of use was built in from the beginning meaning that the only thing your salespeople need to be able to do is read the questions and enter the information being asked.

Portability.  We initially included a print option so that our Art & Science of Professional Selling course participants could print their presentation in order to help them to practice for our sales process contests.  A number of sales mangers who have used or who have salespeople using SPB requested an email feature.  This feature allows sales management to preview the information gathered, gauge the approach the salesperson is planning to use and ultimately helps them to offer coaching advice.  Other sales managers have used this information to bring themselves up to speed prior to going on sales calls with their salespeople.   

Training tool.  We have developed a number of sales scenarios that require salespeople to gather information, enter it into SPB and then go on simulated sales calls to gather additional intelligence.  This culminates with each salesperson making their final presentation about being coached.

Evaluation tool.  A single bad sales hire can cost a company in excess of $100,000 in lost time, lost sales, lost reputation and lost customers.  SPB allows companies to evaluate the sales skills of potential employees before they've been hired.

A coaching tool.  Do your salespeople have answers to all of the relevant questions before making a sales call or presentation?  Have them email you their file for review and coaching.

Customizable.  We can install a hosted version for your sales team and customize the interview process to suit your specific products, services and processes.

Sales Postmortem Tool.  What went right?  More importantly, what went wrong?  How often do you do a postmortem at the end of the sales process?  Even if you do, how do you accurately and honestly evaluate what occurred? Albert Einstein defined insanity as "Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."  With SPB you can identify what worked and learn from what didn't.

SKAE Sales Presentation Builder is a one year subscription-based service for a single user. All updates and upgrades to the service are included for the one-year subscription price. Additional discounts may be available for multiple users and for cutomized versions.
