I wasn't sure until I attended a function over the weekend

I really didn't think that these ideas would work. I am quiet and pretty shy if I don't know you. I did all of the exercises and wrote an elevator speech. I rehearsed and changed it until I thought it was pretty good. I attended a breakfast at the local chamber of commerce and still can't believe that this worked. Once I got going I had no problem carrying on conversations and getting people to talk to me. If you follow the rules in this workshop you will be more comfortable and successful.
