    I've been looking for something like this for my staff for years! In just over a week since we all attended, I've seen a huge change. I haven't gotten one complaint from a client about the tone or attitude used in any of the emails my people have sent.

    I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope this lasts. If I'm still this happy in 6 months I'll give you a 5 rating.
