Rich has been in sales, sales management and training for more than 15 years.   Much of his experience comes from the financial services arena, but he has a tremendous amount of experience in other areas as well.  Rich has used online training platforms for 10 years and has extensive experience designing and delivering both synchronous and asynchronous training and other content.  A dynamic speaker, Rich has given talks to financial professionals across the country and has a unique ability to distill complex topics into understandable and memorable 'nuggets'.  Rich has trained hundreds of men & women to pass their FINRA exams and also specializes in sales, team building and leadership training.  He has worked for two of the largest training companies in the United States that are also known and respected throughout many parts of the world.

Rich is most proud of his work with students playing "The Stock Market Game.  Rich's "Understanding the Stock Market" presentation was made into an interactive CD-ROM used in 50,000 classrooms across the country.

Mal is a professional business consultant, award-winning trainer, and OD practitioner who specializes in transforming businesses to achieve superior results and in measuring individual, team, and organizational performance.  He is founder and principal of Evaluation & Training Consultants (ETC).Prior experience includes holding leadership positions with private and public sector companies and agencies including Educational Testing Service, AT&T, IBM, and the New York and New Jersey State Education Departments.  Mal has extensive experience facilitating virtual teams and in coaching team leaders and members.  He is the lead author of the chapter on Virtual Team Etiquette (VETIQUETTE) in the 2008 Jossey-Bass publication, “The Handbook of High Performance Virtual Teams.”
